Houses these days are insanely overpriced, it’s not that difficult to build simple houses for $20-$30,000 houses anything more than that seems like it should be categorized as a coffin in my opinion.

One thing not mentioned in the video is the required responsibility to enter home ownership and renting a nice place is a stable job and credit record, both require discipline.

I used to have good credit until work prospects fell through temporarily and I wasn’t able to maintain monthly payments on all my accounts in late 2019, so now If a banker does a credit check this reads at the very top in all capital letters: “serious delinquency,” when they read that they become deaf to even the best sales pitch about why I need a 5k loan to get company established and pay off 50k of student debt from undergrad degree.
