Please try to give links to where something comes from. We might want to know more of the backstory. Was this actual, or a projected plan? I found a link at https://archive.org/details/modern-mechanix.1934.08… it is no more info than this one page you posted. Seems like it deserves more coverage.
the image says it is “Little America” base, which would be #2 in 1934. But i can find no images or info that shows a base this large…here’s one of the Mess Hall with the radio antenna behind it.
