Quite scary picture as far as Bitcoin -Kenedy-land grab.
I have doubts about Kushner’s investing in Gaza RE after getting rid of Palestinians. This is never going to be a safe place to live.
Entire Islamic world will try to sabotage it, since it will be a competition to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and ect.
On the other hand, big digging up of Gaza for construction purposes may finally yield some ancient underground connections with Giza complex, and that may be a main reasons Kushner’s are there.

It’s not just Kennedy, Trump has made all sorts of gestures to BTC as well.
While Gaza could lead to such underground connection to Giza complex, the BRI connection is still my first choice. Gaza shoreline would be ‘the darling’ of the Middle Eastern Med. with regard to shipping. It’s so perfectly located.
