That’s easy… just plug the entrainment technology into the electric grid. 
Hm. 50Hz. wiring( even in the walls) has been entraining americans for decades! Thence the tinfoil hat crowd, nowadays known as Targeted Individuals.
With the comprehensive 5G/6G grids( as CAF also says) ; And the fact that, although you may have turned “everything” off; The neighbour( even 6 miles away, or further) 's 4G-connected signal WILL bounce off of anything nearby UNTIL AND WHEN it reaches its terminus, including your “carefully turned-off” PCs, &c. —— Entraining, subjecting everyone in/on the way.
Thus, no-one can hide, no-one is exempt. By all means put “everything” in a Faraday Bag, but those signals will not let you alone anymore( did you remember to put your CHIPPED creditcard in the bag as well, not to mention your post-1979 automobile?) . We are NOT safe, we are surrounded. Other and more esoteric means are, perhaps, required now. Failing that, we have already unwittingly come out with our hands up.
