More degradation of humanity at the taxpayers expense. You’d almost think there were no vaxed people who need help.
Don’t tell me they’re adding letters (and numbers!) to the beginning of the acronym now… Because, of course, the S people and T people have oh so much in common. “Majority of money will help fund community organizations” sounds like vote-buying to me.
