I suppose this is a tried and tested Stalinist method to deal with their political opposition.

As the definition of mentally ill expands to anyone who doesn’t care to think or do as those doing the killing, the result is a homogeneous state. Obviously extreme measures would be required to pull this off… the frog in a pot of cold water with a flame underneath. Bureaucracies exist to blame the process not an individual or group.
