Canada's violent crime wave

Given this trend started following the jab rollout I am wondering if neurological damage from the jab & maybe in combo with street drugs could be a contributing factor ?

It was during the second summer of the COVID-19 pandemic that Vancouver Police officers first started noticing (COVID may be contributing to increase in ‘random assaults’ in Vancouver: experts - BC | Globalnews.ca) that a disproportionate number of their calls involved random civilians being punched, pushed or stabbed for no reason.

This appears to be happening in Texas’ larger cities as well.
