This is one reason why I never want to see Pot legalized in Texas but, think it’s coming with all from California moving here. CA & WA people who come in the store are always surprised at TX laws. If there’s Delta 9, why bother with Pot & guarantee D9 is a lot cheaper.

Both Trudeau and Eby the Premier of BC announced they were surprised by Adastra’s announcement . Health Canada clarified Adastra’s licence is for “scientific and medical purposes only,” and licensees can only sell to others who are licensed to possess the substance.
However about 4 weeks ago Trudeau and Eby announced that BC had become the first province in Canada to legalize possession of small amounts of different street drugs up to 2.5 grams. B.C. will decriminalize up to 2.5 grams of hard drugs. Drug users say that threshold won’t decriminalize them | CBC News
The expectation is that this is paving the way to the government providing “safe” addictive drugs . Not sure if this is true but I have heard that vending machines in public spaces are under consideration .
