Cant Reset Account Password

Hi All … this issue is still active, so I am pushed to register new account yet again … when I’ve tried to reset the password (as on Pelagon so as on Makedon account), it gives me reset link, but when I put the new password (in the first case), or used generated by the system (in the second case), still the system blocked me i.e. when trying to login with username and the new password I am getting message “Error: The password you entered for the username Makedon is incorrect.” while when trying to login with the email (google account) I am getting “ERROR: Your account has been marked as a spammer.”

I am certain that I was not banned on those two accounts, nor received any suspension, so this should be some issue with the system!?, anyway its my fault that I am forgetting my credentials, altho in this way somehow I am securing my past last posts to be edited if someone hijacks my accounts, so in a way I’ll say kudos to the system bot for its issue :smiley:

earlier with the past accounts think yes, but the issue wasnt resolved then … its issue that concerns probably all, so like this maybe would get priority …

must admit earlier I saw this glitch as intentional slip by “someone” that dont wants this community to grow, simply not all are willing to bother with such issue, especially not older members, but even for middle agers it could be frustrating if and when this kind of issue becomes case …

Could be, don’t know. I had similar problem with secondary account created awhile ago @Michael1, did not get password reset e-mail when tried to reset password for that.

If you create multiple accounts from the same I.P. address they may be automatically flagged as “sock-puppets” by the system.
