Letting the clock run out as an excuse to avoid prosecution and protection of the others.
Just as predicted, no one suffers any consequences or jail time.

There is no clock for these offenses and frankly, I will bet the military has already taken care of this danger to humanity.
Everything changed on May 7th. Maritime law officially dead. Common law says if you caused injury, you are EFFed. No more “civil offense” because that is part of the maritime system - courts are no longer compliant (banks). Judges and bar card holders have a lot of confessing to do.
