Read through if you want. A classic CIA OpEd - in my humble opinion - hidden into ‘Independent Journalists’, who are asking for money. They gathered a ‘LOT’ of data and meshed it into a mask of fear. We do not worry about China. Let USSA worry. Just business as usual. So ‘they’ release a ‘leak’. Funny though, it is quite a piece work, made in English! Wow!
