CIA / OAS de Gaulle assassination

While listening to the new Dark Journalist episode last night with Dr. Farrell they discussed the assassination attempts on de Gaulle. I was not aware of the CIA component of the assassination attempts, I thought it was solely OAS. Can someone point me to sources about the CIA connection to this story. Thank you!

I don’t have anything in file, but here’s an NIE paper. Happy Digging!

My mother, sister and I used to walk past Ribbesford House in Bewdley on our way home. De Gaulle used to visit Ribbesford regularly during WW2…and one afternoon in 1977 we stood entranced as a UFO hovered silently above it for some time… Mother and I were somewhat hypnotised by the arc like light, but my sister turned away and walked off muttering,- “I don’t like it, I don’t like it”… Anyway, not entirely relevant, but There’s De Gaulle and a UFO having been in the same location… for what that’s worth… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Reading through Daniel Ganser’s NATO’s Secret Armies, his chapter The Secret War in France touches on this very subject.
