solution?, as I claim, by lebertarian means making some place more liberal and some more traditional, it can go even on hood level except municipal!, the problem is that France dont recognize no minority, thus how would be measured who is majority in some municipality or hood, so there would be introduced more traditional or more liberal behavior!?
