While nations around the world and the U.S. (!) have been preparing their Pandemic Treaties (treaties that cede national sovereignty over to the WHO), the WHO has been quietly modifying current their International Health Regulations. John does a great job of explaining just how dangerous those binding regulations will be.

One member of the Giza community had wondered (in a thread about the Maui fires) if some “actors” may have been involved with (I’m assuming) media reports connected with the Maui fires. Codex Alimentarius has been around since 1963. I must admit my skepticism was high many years ago that something this bizarre could or would ever be attempted. Then we learned about Dr Charles Leiber’s success with inserting a teeny-tiny-transistor into a cell’s membrane, and voila we ‘magically’ got mRNA technology, and billions of people either were sickened by, or died of COVID-19, which oddly enough, as if by ‘magic’ it fully and totally eliminated the annual flu epidemics.
So bottom-line to me is there are no limits left in order to transform humanity into some sort of different creature by any, and all means possible.
The Food and Agriculture Organization and the World un-Healthy Orcs have full immunity and special privileges.
Newer manipulative techniques have evolved.
