I had hoped that music would uplift humanity no matter what side you are on.
Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra fired Valery Gergiev. The Munich Philharmonic has also severed its ties with the Russian as has the Scala in Milan, the Festspielhaus in Baden-Baden and the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.

Dutch politics is going nuts. They want to ban Wilders and Baudet since they are supportive of Putin.
And our new minister of defense (Kajsa Ollongren) A woman. Who when asked does not know the difference between a general and a sergeant. Has not affinity with defense or the militairy. But said. I quote. ¨I know a bit about it because I wrote a paper on the cold war in school.¨
This is our minister of defense? Seriously?
