Based on how vague Congressional statues are worded, the delegation of implementing the law by the administrative branch gives them discretion to devise methods that trample on civil rights per several Supreme Court rulings. Rule by the administrative state, unelected judges, and “public-private partnerships” (i.e., big corporations) are the globalists’ method for doing an end run around the people’s elected representatives. The European Union and the European Court of Human Rights are institutionalized forms of these globalist tactics.
Curiously, some of this is straight out of the Nazi playbook. In one of his books, Dr. Farrell talks about a Nazi-related political theorist who proposed similar tactics, though I don’t recall which book (maybe The Third Way) or the name of the theorist.
