What if they’re not a constitutional sheriff?
Sheriff of Montgomery Co., TX too. He’s been bucking orders since day one. People moving there like crazy.
You can find out where your sheriff stands on things. There are a lot of sheriffs that don’t understand or have not been educated of their position. Basically Constitutional sheriffs understand the law and their Constitutional duties of oath that they have sworn to up hold upon taking the position of sheriff. Hopefully many sheriffs that aren’t will see what is happening and research the oath they took.
