Real estate appraisers have seen the financial turmoil the Banksters - aka the Federal Reserve - have initiated over and over in a cyclical pattern. Pump-up the money supply for a few years then turn-off the flow of money and increase the interest rates.
Most people, investors included, fall into the Bankster’s cycles of low interest rates that leads them to borrow money for a better house, newer car or truck. Same thing occurs in the industrial sectors. Then the Banksters begin to restrict the money supply. It is the ‘pump and dump’ cycle.
