Sheldon S. Wolin wrote a book on that in 2010;
Democracy Incorprated: Managed Democracy and the Spector of Inverted Toatalitarianism.
Basically Fascism; where the head is not a “Hitler”, but the Corporations.
I immediately thought of the frequently used term: Corporate Socialism.
