Countering psychological warfare

Hello everyone, new member here. I wanted to submit a question for the next vidchat but i can’t figure out how i do that, so i’ll put it here for now.

In 1970 Yuri Bezmenov defected from Soviet Russia to the West where he resettled in Canada.
It’s a fascinating story and he revealed the warfare tactics without conventional weapons, against entire countries and it’s populations that Russia was, and is engaged in which i am convinced China has also heavily adopted.

The method I’m referring to is ideological subversion which comes in for stages: 1) Demoralization, which takes 15-20 years to reshape a generation’s values; 2) Destabilization, creating instability in society; 3) Crisis, leading to significant upheaval; and 4) Normalization, where a new status quo is established. This process aims to weaken a society from within without direct confrontation.

In my opinion we are merging from the end of stage one, into stage two.
There is no doubt that millions across the West are heavily demoralized, witnessing atrocious injustices and coordinated attacks on faith and family amongst many other things.

I understand that knowledge and awareness is half the battle, but what else can be done to counter this total carnage the West has suffered?
I don’t mean to sound naïve but there are certainly powerful forces of good in all the establishments around the world, and many of the old elites are dying off.
We have a real good chance at straightening things out but it’s going to take a colossal effort and we need to figure out what else we should be doing other than good health, family and knowledge.
