No idea if there is any legal truth in this article or just another fearmonger crap but I had thought UK would be first out, oh how wrong i was. So according to the article:
From Oct. 15 through the end of the year, any worker failing to present their health vaccine
certificate to their employer will be suspended without pay for up to five days but will not be fired.

There is already pushback on various fronts. For example, in an urgent court sentence, allowing employers to “suspend” but requiring wages to be paid.

So there is “hope” (not porn variant) for Italy! good on them! Yet it seams Italian courts already compromised.
