RUSSIA FIRED A GENUINE NUCLEAR CRUISE MISSILE INTO UKRAINE
It was carrying a mock up of a real nuclear warhead and was recovered by Ukranian forces. if that is not a shot across the bow I don’t know what is, Russia could not have sent a clearer message. Rumor has it that Ukraine shot it down but I suspect it was programmed to gently land where they would see it to make sure the message was delivered. SEE THIS.
