In the end, I believe humanity had a “moment” of high technologic predatory system called Atlantis. What I love from the Inklings and current living people like J.P. Farrell & CAF and many others is how they convey thru personal creative endeavors and oft at personal costs, in relentless enlightening of fellow humans.
In a sense, the Inklings made good use of the time period they lived in and delved into the vast libraries that universities offered. Can you imagine a chap like J.P. Farrell making a career in inspiring young minds at a university? In a sense, as a peasant that never saw a university up close, I am lucky he created a more personal career. On the other hand it makes me sad because those institutions today work solely for the dumbing down of humans and the reason brilliant men are not be found in those institutions anymore.
I sometimes wonder what libraries hide in the Vatican, universities and museums, but I don’t think when you delve in those dusty book catacombs, the whole technocratic goulish predatory system can’t be hid for long and very well. The problem, if you have a lick of integrity, is to get that info out into a wider audience and will they believe you? Many of humanties woes come from not dealing with realities, objective or otherwise. If that is going to be our downfall has yet to be determent. What humanity can’t say is that we are not living in exciting times.
