Also, the prevention of the proliferation of advanced tech into the public sphere,
imagine a flotilla of homemade space craft full of humans leaving earth could trigger protocols of the watchers, I like to call them the moon people and frequently wave my fist at them and yell, one of these days we are going to have a big stick of our own, that could be verry unpleasant for all of humanity.
