That quote says it all! The West is already on that road. Still, I don’t think the power structure is going to get everything it wants. What are the odds China is prepared to be wiped out, have its historic culture reset, and get turned into a fragmented, depopulated region of a post-nation state global order? (I can barely type that with a straight face.) I’m not sure about Russia either.
