Along with Dr. Eastland, the tireless work of Dr. Nick Begich helped shed light on R&D surrounding the HAARP system and other phenomenon germane to geoengineering. Dr. Begich published at least one book on the subject, “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP”
I’ve heard interviews with both Drs Eastland and Begich in which they described story after story about the exploits of weather modification technology, both the dramatic effects seen in developing weather systems, and the methodology behind the manipulation. The “tools of the trade” are not limited to leveraging EM broadcast technology but also exotic chemical solutions such as a gel-like substance that, when seeded into weather patterns could produce desired results in manipulating weather pattern movements and also the degree to which the patterns emit or don’t emit precipitation.
In more recent times, the sinister impact I’ve noticed from geoengineering is more focused in the realm of denial of moisture to critical areas around the US that then become susceptible to uncontrollable fires. Hawaii, the Palisades community in Southern Cal, vast tracts of forested land in the Canadian wilderness, and several other incidents of strange weather preceding the event, followed up with even stranger human government responses in the aftermath.
I believe this is yet another weapon of warfare we’re seeing deployed in this lurching dystopian melodrama we hear about constantly, the so-called “Great Reset”
If the geoengineering is a weapon, then this is murder, arson and criminal property damage. If governmentally directed it may well be a war crime it becomes automtically a collective punishment on a population and its economy in an undeclared war, which would make a war of aggression and a war crime. But hey, just once more on a never ending charge list.
