I think a better name would be The Department of Geopolitics. It would offer a better background to explain and incorporate the offensive or defensive measures undertaken and why. Also many cabinet departments could be consolidated under its umbrella to reduce redundancy and save tax payers money and resources.

It means that we are now a REPUBLIC and no longer under Maritime Law and a Corporation. He even said it was historical. Be happy. We are sovereigns and no longer under Temple rule.

As long as the country has a sovereign currency;
where the country issues their own, debt-free currency.
Hang on to that thought because the fiat dollar is about to go into the dust-bin of history.
