For just a moment when I read the title there…I thought that it was referring to Joy Beher and I was understandably shaken with 50’s horror films Kronos /Japanese Godzilla vibes…but then I quickly realized it was actually about the “spaceship” that passed through our system before and may now be on its way back…potentially to extinguish all life on our planet…and I began to relax again

… Let me see if I understand the situation correctly. “Someone” says the “thing”, shown to us previously through CGI renderings or artists conceptions, that we “tracked” heading toward us from deep space and continued tracking the “thing” as it moved away from us into deep space has turned around and is now heading back toward us. Sounds like an expensive task. Would be interested in the Who, What, When, Where, How and Why on this. How was it that we just so happened to be looking at just the right part of space to notice? Who ordered the space surveillance? What equipment was used? Whose equipment was it? Where is the equipment located? Who and How was the data interpreted allowing the making of this announcement? We need quite a bit more information here. Come Now!

speculating on the odd trajectory/speed changes here: what if the solar system architecture is different in different dimensions? And the object has the ability to wink in and out from one dimension to another. It could wink over to a solar system where slingshot orbital dynamics allow a speed/direction change, then wink back into this one.

Perhaps the revamping of the intelligence community’s propaganda reach and technology in 2013 to allow broadcasts used on other countries to be allowed here had something like the alien invasion hoax in mind.

I do not know , all I remember is that observatory had noticed activity from the direction of a certain starsystem .
I will have to look it up the internet for more info on the subject I have told you about, might be in one of my UFO magazines from England at the time or scientific american !
