If Trump is thinking about pulling 20,000 troops from NATO/European bases, which rumoured to be considering, Kosovo will be defunct as a base and a country methinks. This could the Grand Duke Franz 2.0 tinder box with Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia eyeing up this developing problem.
