“Age restricted content”

I don’t desire an X account. What’s the summary if not too much trouble for those that can’t log in?

Ryan Matta has made a documentary called Never in America. It is about how child protective services is rampant with child trafficking, slavery and abuse. David Straight and his wife were actively involved in Texas trying to fight CPS and it ended with Bonnie (wife) in jail. It put David pretty much “on the run” and eventually wore him down so that he died of cancer early this year. CPS has allies in the courts with judges often working with them to permanently remove the children who often “disappear”. It is a big money maker in some courts… but don’t get me started on what we have called the “legal system” here in the US. Between the Admiralty courts and the FED, we have been kept as debtors since forever, in my case.

@Justa … Thank you for posting a brief on the documentary … When I posted the link it was NOT age restricted and accessible to all even without an X account … Obviously the film is gaining traction and there are forces that would prefer this didn’t escape “their realm”…

In Ireland hundreds of “child” illegal immigrants have been revealed to be homed in child related accommodation services. I like that whole mess sorted before anyone else is fined for providing free speech services.

Mt son worked for a number of years with CPS and worked very hard to keep kids with family members. It was draining work. He finally had to move into another area. Not all CPS employees are into the dark side.

Many thanks for posting this documentary. It’s no surprise to me that Killary was involved or that the passed legislation allows the theft of funds to be pulled directly from Social Security with no oversight. We truly live in a criminally sick society and should expose and fight these bureaucratic theft rings at every opportunity and in great numbers. Sadly, I’m of the opinion that it’s far to late to affect any change…but the fight should continue nonetheless.

I had a personal run-in with CPS very similar to that in this documentary. It’s a bit long so don’t bother with it unless you’re interested. Suffice to say that theirs is far from an isolated case.
Here’s what happened to us:

When my oldest son was around 15 years old, having just gone through a rough breakup with his then girlfriend, attempted suicide by ingesting a partial bottle of pills. We found out just afterward as he called his mother (who happened to be at a relatives visiting) to say goodbye.

It was near 11pm and I had been sleeping but was jolted awake when I heard frantic pounding on the wall. Immediately after having been made aware of the situation, he was loaded in to my car and rushed to the local hospital with which we were familiar, 20 minutes from my home. It was quite a difficult trip as I was trying to get as much information from him as possible all the while consoling him on the chance that he did not make it, and pushing the limit of how fast that vehicle could be driven without compounding the situation with a car wreck. As luck would have it…it was raining more than a moderate amount…

After having arrived at the hospital in near record time in spite of the adverse conditions, I was relieved to see that the normally crowded ER seemed relatively empty and we were able to expedite the triage process and almost immediately found ourselves admitted to a sort of satellite area typically used for overflow, where the patients are temporarily staged in small alcoves surrounding a center nurses station.

Everything previously seemed to progressing as normal up to this point. However, the realization quickly dawned on me that I’d stumbled in to a den of incompetence. The mood of almost all those attending us was apathetic, even hostile. No semblance of bedside manner or concern. As we were one of a very few patients at that time, there was no need for the “quick and dirty” clinical behavior that may have been a result of a shorthanded and overworked staff.
In fact, the surrounding staff spent most of their time milling about nonchalantly the entire visit, hesitant to answer any questions. The only one that was truly helpful through this horrible experience was the janitor that I’d met near the restroom who, when overhearing my complaints, quietly informed me that the county hospital that we’d known for years had recently been converted to a “teaching hospital” staffed primarily by inexperienced students.

Upon our admittance we had immediately given the attending “nurse” the pill bottle that I’d taken from my son. She finally managed to make time to talk to him before he lost consciousness, asking him “why” he did it but never tried to divine if that particular pill was ALL he’d taken. The entirety of his treatment consisted of an IV and “monitoring” while the nurse sat at her station on the phone (on hold) in a effort to query a more experienced physician in a remote location.

There was no effort made or thought given to purging his stomach contents (though this is not always the correct thing to do in every circumstance) even though I’d made great efforts to get him there quickly in hopes of mitigating any damage. If he’d taken Tylenol or Ibuprofen in any major quantity for example, the resulting damage to the organs would have been such that if it didn’t kill him then he’d likely wish that it had. It was a moot point, however, as they were in no hurry to ascertain this type of information, much less move on it. The staff milled around the station aloof to our suffering and concerns.

At one point during this mess after having the conversation with the aforementioned janitor, I queried the lead “nurse” (the one holding on the phone, a short-haired heavyset 20 something) when the attending physician would be making the rounds: “When will we get to see the doctor?” This question sparked her to anger… “I AM the doctor! I’m a Nurse Practitioner!”. Nearly tripping over her own hubris, she certainly did not like my reply: “You mean to tell me that this hospital no longer has an actual doctor on rotation?”… Her statement had left me in a helpless state of disbelief.

By the grace of God, my son had happened to take (an unknown quantity) of one of the few medicines that will allow an overdose without permanent damage. If memory serves, some sort of allergy prescription. It caused him to sleep deeply for a number of hours. Had it been anything else this “hospital” staff would have been no help to him.

The only time in this whole event that the staff showed any real attention was near the end when it came time for my son to be discharged. They MANDATED that my son was to be sent to a mental health hospital a few hours away in the DFW area for period of “around two weeks”.
Both my wife and I repeatedly refused this prompting the staff to parade various levels of nurses and social workers through with each insisting that we comply. They wouldn’t agree to the discharge unless we signed an agreement. Fortunately for us, the mental health adjunct in DFW was overfull and could not transport him themselves for several days, or the situation might have graduated into something much more volatile.

As they had no way to transport him they offered to discharge him if we agreed to transport him to the hospital ourselves. They would not sign the discharge unless we did. This argument went on for over an hour. Ultimately, I did sign the paperwork and took him home. Even against my better judgment, we did some research in to this mental health facility on our way home and found a near endless series of negative reviews of this institution, with the best rating being that of 2 stars out of 5. Essentially, most of the patients complained of being heavily drugged throughout their stay, or worse.

We unanimously decided that taking him to this mental health hospital was out of the question and that he’d be much better off in our care. However, as we’d expected, three hours later I received a call from a very angry and unpleasant woman chastising and threatening me for not having showed up at the appointed time to said facility. I explained to her that I’d checked the reviews and did not want to expose my child any further to a broken system. At this point she again threatened to make good on a previous threat made at the hospital many times…that they would send CPS to my house. “Go ahead and send them” I said. She was obviously furious that her arguments and threats were falling on deaf ears.

The next day we were visited by a representative from CPS. As it happens, he was an intelligent, sober and understanding guy. Probably the only one in their employ. He interviewed my wife, my son and myself along with the siblings, both together and separately. After a interesting conversation and going over all the details he more or less closed our case pending a supervisors approval.

This situation could have been made much worse and I’m grateful for this outcome as I’ve learned a great deal about the states overreach. In watching this documentary I was reminded of multiple details that were similar in my case which I’ve left out here in an attempt for some sort of brevity.

My son is now attending his second year of college and doing well. He’s causing his parents the normal amount of trouble and teaching us lessons of our own in the process. I’ve been in strong opposition to mindless, predatory authority since my teenage years, and this could well have ended with my picture on the news if not for what I consider to be divine intervention.

Don’t let the state make the decision that a parent should make. When has that ever ended well?

Well, this is how sick the “government” (this includes ALL governments in the world that issue birth certificates.) When I asked Catherine if she could recommend a licensed broker who could determine my CUSIP number, and explained what it was for (I was trying to find the value of my Cestui Que Vie Trust), she thought that I had lost my mind. They (government) could not have been that evil. Well, they WERE. Trump has eliminated this problem by returning us back to a Republic. We are no longer under Maritime or Admiralty law and are back to Common Law. Expect to be notified in January, 2026.
