Is this now part of the weather warfare?
Have to wonder. A number of commentors and main stream media were very quick to strongly discount the initial cloud seeding explanation. The conventional explanation was that a very strong low pressure trough stalled over Dubai. Several commentators on X suggested this might have occurred or been amplified via activation of a HAARP system. Others suggested a link to disrupt a large cryptocurrency convention TOKEN2049 that opened on that day in Dubai.
I believe it is more the “unexpected” result of manipulation, weather warfare or not!
