Wouldn’t be surprised and I guess it may be a long time before someone “officially” confirms. Who knows Trump might confirm if he’s particularly happy with it.

Wouldn’t be surprised it it can target specific “DNA” frequencies.
In other words; ways to target specific RFID tagged targets, with silent electronic kill capabilities.

Who’s to say the Iranians don’t have something similar??? They are not exactly the Taliban, in terms of engineering and science.
