Computer modeling is only as good as the folks writing the code. If one wants a particular outcome, then write it into the program. That would of course make it biased. Biased code is a junk code from what little I understand of the subject.

yep, the computer doesn’t “know” anything. “It” can neither assert nor propose. It can not experience. But, most importantly, “it” can not go “outside” its database.
I predict artificial intelligence will replace human lawyers – and, worse, human judges – if the insane powers-that-be get their way.
I say let artificial-intelligence lawyers handle divorces between two married artificial intelligences, and let the artificial intelligences use their own artificial money to pay for it.
The trouble comes in when some human fool marries an artificial-intelligence entity (I sure don’t rule that out). Who has jurisdiction then?
