It is my belief that they intend to decentralize the Federation once the corporation is abolished. Back to an American Republic, an association of states as it was originally. It is clear that when the ability to rule as another dictatorship (or monarchy) eliminated the sovereignty of the collective states, AND because the corporation went bankrupt 3 times (3 times you are out), the movie that has been playing with the Pretendent is about to come to an end.
