we call these ‘rubberbone’, since u may chew upon them indefinitely and still be hungry. but u got a bone!
rage against the leash, but lick those who put it on. nothing new, nothing to see, u may pass along, it’ll be fine.
since u r not able to make even relatives realize the nature of their leashes - many of them proudly confess/wear them -, it is an endless Don Quixote fight with poor Sancho Panza treading the dust.
