A propos of vertical farms, I am wondering about the potting soils I have been purchasing. They do not seem to hold water as soils once did. Moreover the soils that are listed as “Organic”. include compost that has come from landfills. This definitely makes me question the “Organic” assertion. Could it be that people would be moved into the vertical farming game because the potting soils o longer produce?
Just wondering.
