IF (big if) Pfizer actually releases at the rate ordered by judge, then all documentation should be out by springtime. I just posted to bluenose that I think this order is why the facility re: his post, is delayed in opening. Possibly getting rid of evidence?
The first release will contain blacked out portions where there is a claim that the information is proprietary and not available for public release. Then there will be additional legal action to determine the adequacy of the claims. My guess is the ultimate FOIA ruling will result in a release of safety trials data and ingredients but a protection of some methods of producing the shot. Pfizer will argue that the mix of ingredients is integral to the method. IMO it is immoral to keep vaccine ingredients secret and have immunity from liability. We need a vaccine transparency law.
