I do hope this Lovecraftian wave is at the end of its cycle and soon to run out of steam.
I recently read Malachi Martin’s Hostage to the Devil and one could say the ramifications are profound! I only recommend it if you have a good stomach and are well grounded!
I just ate, maybe later. But I agree with your statement of hope. Funny, I am re-reading Jeff Stearn’s “The Sleeping Profit” and on pg. 85 talks about Russia being a saving grace in this relative time frame
Walk-ins. There was a time when hollyweird people started to look different to me. They did not quite have that human essence. Brain Dead was a series that joked about political people and situations. I believe there it some truth to it.
I cut the cord 5 years ago and don’t have any streaming services. Before that, I watched mostly TCM, then classics included the '70s and '80s, I had to go. Then I slept for 4 years.
@chipha we cut the cord around 2014. I too watch retro TV and such. I specifically remember when the Good Wife came out for the second season, the main character’s head looked enormous compared to her tiny body. Started noticing that with a lot of female actors. It’s almost like Stepford Wives. When they go in for that one Botox/facelift they come out nonhuman.
I noticed the tiny body syndrome in the picture of the nato leaders. Trudeau’s head was enormous or maybe it was their was no body, on any of them, save Merkle. Also, I think a lot of people look soft now. I know I do, but I have an excuse, they’ve all been doing nothing, getting unemployment and now don’t have the kahunas to get a real job. I think I’m going to start looking for some part time work, I’m on the computer all day anyway. Might as well earn a few dollars.
Yes chipha , you need to do something instead of the computer all day. Don’t let that PC suck you in.
