UFO inquiry has now been successfully been turned into just another consumer commodity (think Ancient Aliens and the never ending recutting and pasting together of episodes of Ancient Aliens, Unsealed Alien Files, …), then the “Disclosure” turns out to be “No-closure” / “Hoaxclosure”. This in turn generates apathy, Neil Postman’s “and now this” comes true amongst the masses who now, like the garage attendants, want to see “What else is on?”. Thus leaving only the “true believers”. The “true believer” remnant can now once again be placed back under their Tin Foil Hats and written off as crazy – and Voilà … we’re done here. The question, as always, is: Why? Do they think that all of those who “believed” at whatever level will be so desperate for some kind of belief(s) systems connected to all of this UFO business that they will see the “Alien Threat” narrative as the only place to go? Isn’t that taking quite a risk? What if the only option offered, the “Alien Threat” narrative is rejected? … They will, one would think, have considered this as a possibility. We should begin wondering what the next step might be. With all of the time, effort, energy and treasure having been put into this Op it would be difficult to believe that they would just simply give it all up.
