For those that have not experienced it: An example of how convincing an A.I. Deepfake can be

WARNING: Rock and Roll!

This is an A.I. generated (or heavily augmented) music video featuring the cast from MOST of the Star Trek franchise:

Pretty cool, eh? I HATE almost everything about the artificial intelligence offerings that they’re pushing on us… but very much enjoyed all aspects of this video.

Still think video/audio recordings should be admissible in court?

Oh yeah, and Star Trek Academy is still total hot garbage…

No doubt, no celebrity is beyond reach;
dead, or alive.
Probably, have hybrids/cimeras too.

Then, transhumanism gets to the point:
AI film?
or…
The real deal?

The Ginn Geni has been let out of the bottle?

What’s the legal Hollywood update on this:

“Misappropriation” when using a likeness without consent falling under the legal concept of the right of publicity. The right allowing an individual to control the commercial use of their identity, including their likeness, without authorization…"

Like the Ford Pinto.
They crunch the numbers; then break the law.
In fact, it’s been UBER’s Business Model: BREAK THE LAW$!
It’s taught in business schools.
Along with cannibalizing good businesses; to bankrupt them, for easy profits.

Excellent analogy Robert! Kudos.

I’m certain some will try their hand at litigation with limited results. Not that I think the cases won’t have strong merit…but the eating of babies will probably knock the publicity out of PrimeTime…

This feels more and more like the last chance to “question” our “masters”…Not many shopping days left till Christmas.

Ofcourse its fake, the portrayed ninies are actually men in this video! You think eating babies would man them up but I hardly watch anything today even if it is decent by todays standard. What many of those things stand for, ruined my appetite even for good old recepies!
