Indiana is described as “The Reddest State in The Union”, therefore, can’t directly blame blueness for this. Is there some group behind this, or, the public madness we’ve all seen growing within our communities? Is this further attempts to shutter small businesses?

Caveat: I don’t know Indiana, so speculation: It’s more about this being in a big city than in a red state. They said this happened in Indianapolis. Maybe it’s the blue-city-in-a-red-state phenomenon, something like Austin as compared with the rest of Texas?
