The Governments of Earth have been killing citizens; not helping them.
ANY global solution involves a killing field; most likely @ Scale?

In the matter of trust?
“They’ve” showed their hand - COVID19[84].
A proven “killer” hot hand.
A “fixed” game is afoot.
“There’s an app for that…”
What if we have “allies” out there?
Break away groups, some ancient, some new, who have either reactivated or maintained outpost or even better strongholds equipped with tech remnants from the time of the cosmic wars.
The lack of immediate and overwhelming actions taken by the “enemy” could indicate that.
Our relative safety could be just a side effect of those groups, protecting their territorial claims of what we call our solar system, using those remnant assets to defend themselves and by proxy, and a considerable tithe paid in resources and manpower, keeping earth safe.
This could also hint at a reason, why wide spread implementation of new tech is at a snails pace, keeping us terrestrial based cousins from taking over the entire operation.
The possible implications are mind boggling.
None of the mechanized wars fought in the last 100 years may have been for “worldly” reasons.
About the missing trillions, nobody speaks about the physical output of those trillions, they don’t seem to appear in the markets either, it has to be considerable, because there is no visible impact on the labor market either ( there would be a revolt if the labor statistics of out of work people were as high as some claim), e.g. the population of a relatively small town as Colorado Spring, CO, has nearly doubled in the last five years, where are all of those people working?
Finally, the influx is not a coincidence either, the city planners had announced the development of
20 000 new home on the eastern fringes of town over 15 years ago!
Not yet, but in the planning (works)!
Or maybe it’s related to the ACME devices, which the our “malevolent” relatives have and have to use them, due to the binding rules, relations(ships), laws, etc… established after the intrasolar war in our own solar system,and which always fail to function properly so metaphorically speaking, Wiley the Coyote is simply out of luck… or not…according to this cartoon clip…
who would know those cosmic mysteries…
Also one may consider this previously “top secret” video as part of a “disclosure” project that has been underway…well for many decades now…and yet no ‘Thing’ has been disclosed that is until now that is.
