OK, here is the choice quote in the referenced article: "The person is supposed to activate freedom of choice without the intervention, either through force, deceit, fraud, threat, solicitation, or any other type of binding or coercion.”
So, consider an innocent person who visits their chosen medical professional for whatever reason. The medical professional, for whatever reason, perhaps they had been trained like a circus seal during their youthful years of schooling, and they prescribe a medication to alleviate whatever ails the patient in front of them who is complaining of this, or that ailment, or about a health issue.
I will betcha a dime to a dollar the doctor never ‘fully’ read the fine print on all the ‘cautions’ included in the ‘medication’ they are about to prescribe, and instead the doctor will scribble out a prescription based on what the ‘pill-salesman’ told him because it could help his patients with certain ailments.
So, of course the patient ‘obediently’ takes the prescription to the pharmacist, or more likely it was already forwarded to the pharmacist. The patient then takes the ‘medication’ as directed.
For a certainty the doctor who prescribes the patient’s medication never ran a toxicology test for any hidden ingredients. So, start thinking… ‘just sayin’

This filing is now probably just that - filed away. However, there’s a lot of local officials in numerous cities, including mine, who offered $150 to “the hesitant” to come get jabbed at the local county center. The short lines were filmed and noticeably they were quite poor and all members of Black communities. When reporters asked those in line why they decided to get stuck, everyone of them said it was for the $150.
I know it’s a pipe dream, but I would love to see this used to get rid of a slew of local officials here, esp. Co. Judge. Just wondering to what $h1t sucking hungry lawyer I could point this out?

I saw this yesterday, and of course, got excited…then I decided to check. I found quite a few reports on various unknown-to-me ‘news’ sites. So I went to the ICC website and can find no mention there of any case, nor any complaint filed. I would say that I didn’t look beyond the obvious links on their website, nor did I try to contact them (email) to verify whether such a case/complaint has been filed. I did email one news site that reported the case, as that one has Dr Yeadon as a contributing writer, and he is mentioned as one of the ‘complainents’ in the document filing I read. I now await their response. I’m not pouring cold water here folks, merely trying to verify that this ‘case’ actually exists, as I certainly hope!
