Looks like lens flare from the sun.

Lens flare! Considering it moves with the exact same motion as the sun and the rest of the lens flare, that seems obvious. Cool visuals of the sun spots though.
Or, it could be some other unidentified flying object that is just hiding right in front of the sun.
