Supposedly there was a settlement offer to the “Shadyhook” lawsuit plaintiffs of $55 million payable over ten years at $5.5 million per year which was denied by them. That triggered shutting down the business and liquidating all assets to pay creditors.
The bankruptcy judge gave them until June 14 to agree on a settlement amount otherwise he was going to kick out the bankruptcy and give ownership back to Alex which would throw the court appointed overseer out of work and his $50,000 a month salary.
He, the overseer, supposedly secretly resent a letter from March disparaging Alex and requested his removal from the premises. I guess to start the liquidation process. Since the overseer is technically in charge of the security company of the studio, he hired two extra guards to change the locks on the building and let no one into the premises. We’ll see tomorrow…it’ll still require legal documents to that.
