… there is however a more “simple” solution … see Christopher Titus’ show (available gratis on YT) Love is Evol. Start at 50:00 and let run until 58:00. The segment is called “Meet her Dad”. And if you haven’t seen it and need lots of good yucks this time of year see his Norman Rockwell is Bleeding (brilliant and also available gratis on YT)
It is becoming so much worse… The Epoch Times reports that Venezuela is Stopping the US From Deporting Violent Criminals by refusing to take them back. Venezuela has now halted all deportation flights, and this could complicate things in a big way for the United States as other possible options on how to handle these violent criminals.
So, as I have posted before the other possible solution is to tow those criminals out in the Gulf and sort of close to the country of Venezuela. It is really a very humane way of dealing with those criminals, and cheaper for the USA in the long run.
… We know what to do but we just won’t do it.
I still stand by my set of predictions, one of which was … There will be no mass deportations.
… this just popped up … and he’s just up the road from President Trump. Hey, here is an idea … have the FBI go pick these guys up in Florida. Mr. Patel can add this task to his “to do” list.
The Insurrection Act of 1807 allows the POTUS to deploy military forces to put down rebellions within the United States and deploy the military to help local law enforcement deal with domestic violence. In addition, the president may deploy troops to enforce the law in specific situations. So, it is my belief Trump has endured enough criminal behavior aimed directly at him and against his supporters. Remember all of the Jan 6th people who have never even been given a court hearing after being locked down for four years.
… If memory serves G.W.F. Hegel (I could be wrong in that it has been quite a while since Hegel’s Critique of Social Contract Theory was on my radar) argued something to the effect that if so-called “members of a society” have shown by their actions toward other members of that society, that they do not adhere to certain tacit assumptions and aspects of the social contract, then the other members of that same society are released from the contract and can do with the offending members as they wish measured by the severity of the violation of the contract. Of course one could argue that being here Illegally they have no rights whatsoever as they are not “members” of this society.
Agreed, and we can legally assume that if people come into this country illegally then their rights are well below the rights of American citizens. So, when a person is here illegally, do they have a right to those Social Contracts? In other words, can they be dealt with as being an enemy of America? What are the rules of warfare in this scenario? Meaning do they actually represent another country or nation? Or can they be treated under special rules and conditions?
Go here for the National Emergency Trump issued in his 1st term in office.

“We know what to do but we just won’t do it” seems to be the prevailing political as well as personal attitude these days.
Well, heck, to be frank, this is humans’ default attitude in general, towards everything and anything at all. Sadly.
