The history says that general Chiang Kai Shek allowed the US to ship the gold vault of the old blood lines of China to the US to hinder Mao Tse Dong to capture it. That’s the true story behind the struggle about Taiwan, because the US promise in exchange to protect Taiwan from the communists. The US also promised to pay interest on the value which of course they never did. When the total sum was due because the contract ended in 2001 of course the vault was gone, because the US financed the army with it. And miraculously 9/11 happened. Does anyone have more background information on that story?
