What could possibly go wrong with a technology capable of encasing a civilization within an artificial refractory plasma?

I’ll speculate such technology is much closer to reality than what is being stated here. Russia sent the precise coordinates of NATO’s decision making centers a year or more ago to all the participants in the Ukraine war. One Russian hyper sonic missile demonstrated both its precision and destructive capabilities when it destroyed a commercial/military complex last November in the Dnipro area of The Ukraine. This 1 missile released 6 warheads each containing 6 kinetic(?) munitions. I believe at least 34 buildings were destroyed along with their contents. I doubt it will take the West’s military industrial complex long to ‘catch up’. It’s a world wide tug of war and unfortunately, that’s the way the world goes round.
Imagine the words to this John Prine song as a metaphor for the state of global affairs both currently, and going back even one century.
