A seeker. A spiritual traveller seeks beauty for it’s own intrinsic sake. Music, Visual Art, Poetry etc…
Music is the word. The sound current.
Ted Gioia makes a lucid argument that Homers" Oddessey was music.
The great thinkers/philosophers said that music was essential for good character, and the condition of the state.
Music can clear the dross within us and uplifts us from our own self imposed limitations.
In recent years, I haven’t listened to alot of large orchestra music. I prefer solo (piano, cello, organ etc… or smaller ensembles).
There is a group Dunedin Consort and others, that perform Bach’s major works like St. Mathews Passion and Mass in B minor with small ensembles. Only one voice or sometimes two per part. I find it clearer. You hear the counterpoint instead of a blended wall of sound. Inner voices stay audible, dissonances sting more clearly, and the architecture of a fugue or chorale fantasia becomes easier to follow.
It’s all music. The stock market? The economy? Musical harmony? The Bible? It’s built in. The megaliths and ancient history music.

You can find the music in all things, if you look and listen.
