yep, Rand Paul’s Kentucky got hit the worst. This one is really sick in a plague ward of other sicknesses.

I’ve seen this article, but it seems the author did not tried to find out if there could be a bias in the data.
For instance it could be that GOP states or counties will report more adverse reactions then others for different reasons, not only the social incentive, but also how the local institutions work?
